International Shipping

We offer international shipping to several countries with varying delivery times:

  • Canada: 6-12 business days
  • Germany: 4-10 business days
  • France: 4-10 business days
  • Italy: 4-10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 14-20 business days

Order Processing

Shipping Addresses

We ship to both P.O. boxes and street addresses. However, expedited or overnight delivery to P.O. boxes is not guaranteed.

Damaged or Lost Orders

  • Netruna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Fees
